Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship outside the US.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders of $39.00 or more. Orders under $39.00 ship for a flat $4.95.

Processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner within 1-3 business days. Delivery to US addresses takes 7-15 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and carrier charges

The price you pay at checkout is the price of your order. If a carrier ever asks you for an additional payment on delivery, do not pay it - email us first and we will resolve it with the carrier.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email help@morvea.store and we will resend it or refund you in full - your choice.

Wrong delivery address

Email help@morvea.store within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change it.
